Restaurant Nebo wants to offer its guests a total experience. Feeling free to eat whatever you feel like is part of this.

The choice was made to work entirely à la carte. For every visit, regardless of the number of guests per table. Every guest will be able to satisfy their culinary cravings and eat what they feel like eating.

Each dish starts from a rock-solid base with exclusive ingredients. We get to work with home made stock, fumets and modern techniques to create the pure flavor we want to serve our guests.

The Chef

Dimitri de koninck

After his education at the Hotelschool Ter Duinen in Koksijde and several internships at home and abroad, Dimitri de Koninck began his career with his father Dirk de Koninck, owner and Chef of the renowned restaurant La Luna, an icon in Antwerp.

During his fine career as a chef in starred establishments such as De Eiken and Zilte, the desire to start his own restaurant matured. During his stay in Croatia, he found inspiration for the name of his restaurant at a beautiful sunset. Nebo means “Heaven” in Croatian; the link between Nebo and “La Luna” was quickly made.

The same formula in which he grew up, an à la carte restaurant with open kitchen and quality as a fixture, was deliberately chosen. Always with daily fresh products, top quality ingredients and pure flavors.

Smooth pleasant service is provided by Maître & Sommelier Michelle Gielens and her team. You can always ask Michelle for information about the extensive wine list with more than 260 references. She will assist you in choosing the perfect pairing between your à la carte dishes and a perfectly matching wine.
