Chef Dimitri de Koninck, a master of his craft, combines classic culinary traditions with a bold, contemporary vision. Think of his signature dish with bluefin tuna, akami, shiso, chutoro and ponzu. Or another favourite dish of our guests based on hamachi, samba, green meat, verveine and myoga. Full of contrasts, yet incredibly harmonious.

Our lighting is designed to create the perfect atmosphere. Subtle changes in colour and intensity throughout the evening enhance the ambiance. Our sideboard, located directly upon entry, serves as an elegant service point and forms a natural transition to the restaurant. On the other side is our private dining room.
