Gift vouchers and their residual value cannot be exchanged for cash.
A gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The consumer is responsible for storing the gift voucher correctly.

Shipping policy:

After receipt of payment, the gift voucher will be sent by email to the email address you provided.

Right of withdrawal for gift vouchers

The consumer may terminate an agreement relating to the purchase of a gift voucher during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason.

In the following cases, the consumer does not have the right to cancel the purchase:

– The consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, but the gift voucher has already been used.
– The withdrawal period (14 days) has expired.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must submit their request in writing within the withdrawal period (14 days) to Restaurant Nebo, Panamarenkoplein 5, 2000 Antwerp, or via info@restaurantnebo.be.
